A Day in the Life

You will play a key role in activating L’Oréal North America’s logistics network. This is a high-impact position where you will co-develop and execute sourcing strategies for a ~$50M annual spend across Warehousing and Reverse Logistics, directly contributing to our operational excellence and sustainability goals.

• Drive Strategic Sourcing: Lead end-to-end RFx processes, from market analysis and needs assessment to complex negotiations and implementation, ensuring a seamless transition from "bid" to "business as usual."
• Enhance Supplier Excellence: Manage a robust supplier ecosystem based on L’Oréal’s five strategic pillars: Quality, Logistics, Innovation, Sustainability, and Competitiveness, acting as a trusted advisor to internal business partners.
• Spearhead Sustainability: Head initiatives to reduce our Scope 3 emissions by identifying and onboarding partners who offer green logistics solutions, driving our "L'Oréal for the Future" agenda.
• Lead Innovation & Performance: Proactively scout the market for disruptive technologies, integrate AI and smart fulfillment solutions into our 3PL roadmap, and own the category analytics to report on performance and savings.

What’s In It For You

• Salary Range: $90,200 - $128,500 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
