Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full order lifecycle within the 3PL system, from order receipt through fulfillment and shipment.
- Manage escalation resolution, perform root cause analysis, and drive corrective actions for service failures.
- Support development of dashboards and scorecards for key operational and transportation KPIs, including fill rate, accuracy, processing time, and on-time delivery.
- Provide operational support for inbound receiving and returns processing while ensuring inventory accuracy and timely execution.
- Review routing guides, customer requirements, and onboarding materials to support vendor compliance.
- Investigate warehouse-related chargebacks, coordinate corrective actions, and implement process improvements to reduce recurring issues.
- Own inventory tracking and reporting across systems, including reconciliations, transaction review, and ERP data accuracy.
- Lead monthly inventory audit preparation and annual physical inventory activities.
- Review and reconcile 3PL invoices to ensure billing accuracy and compliance with contractual agreements.
- Maintain strong data hygiene across operational systems and help build workflows and reporting tools to address discrepancies.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations, with hands-on experience managing fulfillment operations.
- Strong background in managing 3PLs, transportation networks, and order management systems.
- Experience with ERP, WMS, EDI, and eCommerce platforms; familiarity with systems such as Full Circle, Synapse, or similar tools is preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership, strong business acumen, and the ability to interpret complex data and turn insights into action.
- Advanced analytical skills with high attention to accuracy and detail; experience with spreadsheets and data visualization tools is preferred.
- Ability to prioritize effectively, stay organized, and adapt quickly in a deadline-driven, fast-moving environment.
- Strong sense of urgency, accountability, and customer focus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks in a warehouse setting, including lifting and moving materials weighing 30 pounds or more on a regular basis.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
Pay
Base salary starting around $100,000, with bonus opportunity.
