About the role

The Management Development program is designed for recent graduates with a focus on healthcare, hospitality, business, or related fields, who have demonstrated natural leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Work and learn alongside Touchmark’s team of leaders in beautiful senior living communities.
• Develop leadership skills and learn Touchmark operations.
• Assist in various functional departments of the community.
• Prepare for a management role within Touchmark’s communities upon completion of the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Ability to relocate to any Touchmark location upon program completion.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, such as through work, school/athletics, or volunteer organizations.
• A desire to work in the hospitality or service industry, or with seniors.
• Comfortable giving oral presentations to small and large groups.
• Willingness to work occasional weekends and evenings.
• Empathy toward others.
