Responsibilities
- Absorb knowledge from experienced managers about running a top-notch retail operation.
- Support the Store Manager in recruiting, training, and developing store staff while preparing to build your own team.
- Analyze sales data and assist in achieving sales targets.
- Oversee daily store operations, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact in the Store Manager’s absence to maintain seamless operations.

Base salary range: $19–$26 per hour, plus 2% commission on individual sales.
