About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Manager II, Software Engineering, Infrastructure to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This leader will guide a globally distributed infrastructure engineering function with a strong focus on operational reliability, scalability, and developer enablement. The role will translate technical strategy into an actionable roadmap while partnering closely with engineering peers to improve execution and build durable internal capabilities. This is a hands-on leadership position suited to someone who can balance people management, technical depth, and cross-functional alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• 2+ years managing software or infrastructure engineers
• Strong technical background in production infrastructure and cloud platforms
• Proven track record of leading complex technical initiatives

Pay

$142,800 – $184,800 annually
