About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Manager II, Software Engineering to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will guide a software engineering team responsible for delivering high-quality technology solutions that support complex business operations in a dynamic development environment. The manager will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to plan, execute, and improve software initiatives that advance organizational goals. In addition to leading day-to-day engineering execution, this leader will help shape technical direction, team performance, and the broader software development culture. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of mid- to senior-level software engineers
- Lead planning, development, and delivery of software projects on time and to standard
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business goals

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of software development experience, including 2+ years in a management role
- Deep understanding of software architecture and design patterns
- Proven project management skills with complex project oversight
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Pay
Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 annually
