What You’ll Do
- Build an effective, collaborative team spirit.
- Develop team through training, mentoring, feedback, and work assignments.
- Maintain resource planning and direct prioritization of projects to ensure the timely execution of engineering activities.
- Provide technical oversight of team members and deliverables.
- Interface with Component Engineering, Tooling and Welding Engineering team management as required to ensure project readiness for implementation and milestones are being met.
- Support OpEx initiatives.
- Work with sales team to develop scope and provide inputs to proposals.
- Cook with internal stakeholders as required.
- Ensure effective performance of field implementation.
- Ensure adherence to government, organization and customer engineering standards and procedures.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- Minimum of 12 years related experience or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
- Technical expertise in nuclear plant maintenance.
- Ability to set strategy and vision for medium to large size organization.
- Deep understanding of NRC (Nuclear Regulatory Commission) standards.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with all levels of staff and management, vendors and customers.
- Demonstrated leadership ability to manage multiple tasks and projects through managers/supervisors.
- Good problem identification and problem resolution skills.
Total Rewards Package
- Salary: $150,000 - $212,000 per year, and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses.
