Manager II, Field Services (CR&R)

What You’ll Do

• Build an effective, collaborative team spirit.
• Develop team through training, mentoring, feedback, and work assignments.
• Maintain resource planning and direct prioritization of projects to ensure the timely execution of engineering activities.
• Provide technical oversight of team members and deliverables.
• Interface with Component Engineering, Tooling and Welding Engineering team management as required to ensure project readiness for implementation and milestones are being met.
• Support OpEx initiatives.
• Work with sales team to develop scope and provide inputs to proposals.
• Cook with internal stakeholders as required.
• Ensure effective performance of field implementation.
• Ensure adherence to government, organization and customer engineering standards and procedures.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's Degree in related field
• Minimum of 12 years related experience or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
• Technical expertise in nuclear plant maintenance.
• Ability to set strategy and vision for medium to large size organization.
• Deep understanding of NRC (Nuclear Regulatory Commission) standards.
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with all levels of staff and management, vendors and customers.
• Demonstrated leadership ability to manage multiple tasks and projects through managers/supervisors.
• Good problem identification and problem resolution skills.

Total Rewards Package

• Salary: $150,000 - $212,000 per year, and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses.
