Manager I, Program Control
Responsibilities
- Provide direct supervision activities, including completion of performance goals and reviews, assigning work scope to employees and ensuring employees operate according to company policies and procedures
- Create and influence program baselines through earned value management
- Develop and shape program risks and opportunities, such as cost overruns and scheduling delays
- Develop financial forecasts and deeply analyze estimates at completion
- Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting requirements
- Interface with customers and serve as a consultant for external communications
- Report financials to the customer and management
- Seek out projects to continually improve processes
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline and 10 years work experience or equivalent experience
- Recent experience in the Defense Industry
- Prior Program Controls experience working with various contract types
- Working knowledge of Earned Value Management
- Capable of efficient and relevant decision-making
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, in particular, Excel and Power Point
- Effective communications skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional work teams
- Ability to communicate and present financial data to various functions and varying levels of Management
- Experience with Financial Planning and Forecasting

Benefits
Full-Time Salary Range: $118747 - $201870
