Manager, Hyperscale Data Center PMO

About the role

The Manager, Hyperscale Data Center Project Management Organization plays a crucial role in supporting Eaton's strategic hyperscale customers in the data center segment for North American Sales. This position requires collaboration with various departments including Field Sales, Centralized PC Organization, Field Project Engineering, Manufacturing Product Lines/Divisions, and Engineering Services.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for the Hyperscale Data Center Project Management Organization
• Manage Program Leaders (Data Center Focused), Project Managers, and Hyperscale DC Site Representatives
• Communicate the vision for the Hyperscale Data Center Project Management Organization to ensure clear direction
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with Field Sales to improve program revenue allocation, data center market share growth, and overall lifecycle sales
• Recruit and retain high-performing Program Leaders and Project Managers
• Facilitate engagement by all leaders on the team to develop and maintain a bench of talent for the organization
• Work closely with the VP of Project Negotiations & Management to ensure cascaded objectives are achieved

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the electrical industry, project management, or marketing
• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred
• 10 years of experience in field sales, project management, and/or marketing within the electrical industry preferred
• PMP Certification preferred
• 5 years of direct data center market experience preferred
