Manager, Human Resources
About the role
withcontent. - Responsibilities: The list under "What Will You Do?" is responsibilities. Use
- .
- Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: The "What Will You Bring?" list includes experience, education, etc. Could split into Requirements (experience), Qualifications (education/certifications), Skills (soft skills). But we can combine into one section if we prefer few substantive sections. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe we combine Requirements and Qualifications into one section? But we have headings allowed: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We could use Requirements for experience, Qualifications for education/certifications, Skills for soft skills. However that may be many thin sections. Better to combine into one section like "Requirements" covering all. But we must follow rule: use heading only when posting has real specific content for it. If we combine, we still need a heading; we can choose "Requirements". That's acceptable.
- Benefits: The posting has Benefits section with details. Also "What's in it for You?" includes extra perks like ERGs, learning, etc. Could be considered Benefits as well. We could merge them into Benefits section. But we have separate Benefits heading allowed. We'll include Benefits with the detailed benefits list and also the "What's in it for You?" list as part of Benefits (maybe as extra bullet). However we must not invent content; we can include both as separate
- under Benefits.
- Pay: The posting has Pay Scale: $85,000-$95,000 and Bonus eligibility. So we need Pay section with that info.
- Schedule: Not mentioned; we should not create Schedule section.

Pay
Pay Scale: $85,000-$95,000. Bonus eligibility statement.
We must not include job ID etc. Also remove boilerplate like EEO, etc. The intro paragraphs about AXS mission etc are okay as part of About the role. We need to preserve all substantive information; not invent or summarize away detail. So we must keep the exact text? We can keep as is but ensure no extra fluff. We need to output only HTML fragment, no markdown. Let's extract exact text. First, intro paragraphs:AXS connects fans with the artists and teams they love. Each year we sell millions of tickets to thousands of incredible events - from concerts and festivals to sports and theater - at some of the most iconic venues in the world. Since our founding in 2011, we've consistently pushed the industry forward and improved experiences for fans, making it easier than ever to discover events, find the perfect seats, and enjoy unforgettable live entertainment, and we continue to lead the evolution of our industry today.
We're passionate about improving the fan experience and providing game-changing solutions for our clients, and we're always looking for smart, motivated people to help make it happen. Bring your enthusiasm, your big ideas, and your desire to team up with some of the best and brightest in technology and entertainment.
Then The Role heading:The Role
then paragraph:AXS is seeking a highly collaborative Manager, Human Resources to support our Contact Center and corporate offices. Based in Frisco, TX, you will serve as a strategic partner to the Vice President of the Contact Center and leaders across corporate business units in our Frisco and Scottsdale offices. This role has a strong focus on employee relations, Contact Center recruiting and onboarding, compensation, payroll and HRIS data, workforce analytics, benefits, compliance, and employee engagement.
We'll combine intro + The Role paragraph into About the role section. Now Responsibilities list: eachBenefits: Full-time: We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes: medical, dental and vision insurance, paid holidays, vacation and sick time, company paid basic life insurance, voluntary life insurance, parental leave, 401k Plan (with a current employer match of 3%), flexible spending and health savings account options, and wellness offerings. Currently, full time employees are eligible for these benefits on the first day of employment.
Then "What's in it for You?" list:- after the paragraph.
Now Pay section: we have:
Pay Scale: $85,000-$95,000
Bonus: This position is eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.
We'll combine into Pay section. Now we must not include other sections like More about AXS, More about AEG, etc. Those are extra but could be considered "About the company"? Not allowed headings. We should drop them as per instruction: remove boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. The "More about AXS" and "More about AEG" are not required headings; they are extra info but not under allowed headings. Should we include them? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." However we are only allowed to use certain headings; we could put that extra info under About the role? But that would be mixing company description with role. Might be okay to include as part of About the role? The instruction says: "Usefor section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't forbid other content outside those headings; we can have
paragraphs not under a heading? Probably we should structure everything under those headings; any content not fitting should be omitted if not under allowed heading. But we must preserve ALL substantive information; if we omit the "More about AXS" and "More about AEG" paragraphs, we lose substantive info about the company. However the earlier intro already covered AXS description; the "More about AXS" repeats similar info but with more details (subsidiary of AEG, numbers). That is substantive. We could include that under About the role as additional paragraph. Similarly "More about AEG" could be included under About the role as well. That seems acceptable: we keep all info, just not create extra headings. Thus About the role section will contain: initial intro paragraphs, The Role paragraph,
