Responsibilities
As an HR Business Partner Manager, you will play a key on-site leadership role as a thought partner to aligned business leadership and their teams. In this role, you will be responsible for building successful relationships with their business partners to execute strategy that will positively impact the Supply Chain Network. Operating within the Human Resources consulting model, you will have the opportunity to work closely with division HRBPS, HR Centers of Excellence (COE) and HR Shared Services (HRSS), to execute site specific responsibilities including workforce planning, talent acquisition, training, change management, compensation, colleague engagement, culture, and enterprise HR initiatives. This position is based on-site 5 days/wk at a Distribution Center location.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence and coach at all levels of leadership
- Effective organization and planning skills as well as proven analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate business challenges into HR solutions
- Ability to travel up to 10%-15% (including plane travel)
