Manager, HR Business Partner

As a Manager, Human Resources Business Partner, you'll be a trusted advisor, strategic problem solver, leadership coach, and culture champion. You'll partner with business leaders to build high-performing teams, develop talent, navigate change, and create an exceptional employee experience that supports our mission of advancing America's clean energy future.

What You Will Do

• Partner closely with business leaders to align people strategies with business objectives while providing expert guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, employee engagement, performance management, talent development, and change management
• Coach leaders through complex employee relations matters
• Leverage workforce data to identify trends and opportunities
• Support succession planning and leadership development
• Collaborate across the HR team to deliver programs that help employees and the business thrive
• Ensure all work aligns with Centrus' safety, quality, and compliance standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including experience serving as an HR Business Partner
• 2+ years of experience leading or coaching HR professionals
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders and influence business decisions
• Strong knowledge of employment law, organizational behavior, and Human Resources best practices
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, coaching, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• The ability to obtain and maintain a "Q" clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR
• Experience supporting multiple locations or complex organizational structures
• Strong analytical skills with experience using HR metrics and workforce data to drive business decisions
• An active "Q" clearance

Pay

Estimated starting base salary range: $115,000 - $135,000. This position is bonus eligible. Centrus considers several factors when extending job offers, including but not limited to candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, education/training/certifications, and geographic location. Actual compensation within this range will reflect these considerations.
