Responsibilities
- Responsible for the training and evaluation of Housekeeping Supervisors.
- Assists in the planning, staffing and organization of work in the Housekeeping department.
- Administers policies and procedures.
- Ensures fair treatment in accordance with union contract/company and departmental policies.
- Conducts inspections of hotel rooms.
- Responsible for all activities pertaining to the assigned shift.
- Ensures proper procedures are utilized to correct any potential guest issues, coordinating with appropriate departments.
- A security escort is required should these persons perform these functions in a restricted casino area.
Qualifications
- Ability to clearly and concisely communicate, both verbally and in writing.
- Two (2) years prior experience in a supervisory capacity.
- Bachelor’s degree with major curriculum in hospitality or equivalent experience required.
- Knowledge of cleaning equipment and procedures.
- Strong organizational, communication and supervisory skills.
