Manager, Growth Analytics
Omnicom Media is seeking a Manager, Growth Analytics to lead insight generation and research consultation for the agency and advertiser clients. This role supports research strategy, ad effectiveness measurement, and campaign optimization, providing data-based insights that inform both in-flight adjustments and future planning.

This position partners with highly engaged, strategically minded clients who rely on our recommendations to drive their business. The role involves applying proprietary ad effectiveness tools and third-party vendor solutions to assess advertising impact, aligning strategic communications needs with media planning, buying, and performance measurement.
Responsibilities
- Manage data ETL to analyze client businesses across systems, channels, and data sources (paid search, display media, website, social media, advertising campaigns, offline media, brand sales, and brand equity).
- Generate thoughtful, fully supported insights to illustrate media metrics and data trends.
- Apply independent, critical thinking to uncover media and marketing communications opportunities that drive business results.
- Employ compelling storytelling to create reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure data accuracy across the team.
- Evaluate the effectiveness and performance of paid campaign advertising.
- Support the creation and communication of KPIs, research studies, and measurement plans.
- Apply syndicated and proprietary research tools to support agency and client stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data reporting, analytics, or ad research.
- Understanding of measurement resources across media planning and placement.
- Experience delivering written and verbal client presentations for analytic results, recommendations, POVs, or predictions.
- Passion for working with databases and developing marketing insights that advance reporting and client deliverables.
- Understanding of data operating models, key media metrics, KPIs, and industry-standard data sources (e.g., databases, DCM, Google Analytics).
- Knowledge of current industry norms, tools, and innovations.
- Understanding of research fundamentals such as sample sizes, methodology, and respondent weighting.
- Demonstrated commitment to accuracy and strict QA processes.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel (including PivotTables and complex formulae).
Skills
- Desired: Solid understanding of visualization tools, SQL, Python, Google Analytics, and Campaign Manager (DCM).
- Desired: Familiarity with AdTech (ad servers, DSP, SSP), MarTech (Salesforce, Adobe), and databases (AWS, SQL Server, Snowflake).
- Desired: Experience in media research/analytics within an agency.
Pay
$90,000—$110,000 USD
Schedule
Minimum of three days per week in-office, with potential for increased in-office requirements over time.
