About the Opportunity
The Analytics Manager, Growt plays a critical role in transforming complex data into actionable insights that guide strategic decisions and growth initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Growth, this position supports leadership by developing analytical frameworks and performance monitoring systems that enhance business understanding and optimize customer acquisition and retention strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop analytical tools and data infrastructure to improve business performance visibility
- Evaluate performance indicators by integrating product, financial, and operational data into strategic reports
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Analytics teams to identify growth opportunities
- Design and maintain scalable dashboards for real-time business insights
- Translate broad business questions into focused data explorations and clear recommendations
- Build frameworks to assess business health and forecast outcomes for current and future products
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in strategy, business intelligence, reporting, or data analysis
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
- Expert-level proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including complex modeling and formulas
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and experimental design
- Familiarity with product analytics platforms like Amplitude
- Experience designing and implementing business performance metrics frameworks
- Proven ability to communicate complex analyses into actionable insights for senior management
Pay Range and Compensation Package
Cash compensation range: $115,500 to $203,550 USD
Base salary varies based on relevant skills, experience, and location
Eligible for stock options and other compensation components depending on role and eligibility
