Manager, Global Network Operations

Responsibilities

• Oversight and maintenance of global corporate network infrastructure
• Management of network hardware lifecycle, including procurement and vendor relationships
• Guidance on resolving escalated network support issues and maintaining documentation
• Establishment of a robust on-call schedule for critical network coverage
• Design and execution of network deployment guidelines for site expansions and buildouts
• Collaboration on implementing Zero Trust architecture and ensuring regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of network engineering and administration experience, including 3-5 years in leadership or operations management roles
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Deep understanding of core networking protocols and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Strong experience configuring and managing enterprise firewalls and secure VPNs
• Practical experience with compliance frameworks such as SOC2 Type II or CMMC
• Familiarity with transitioning from traditional to cloud identity management systems
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for collaboration with IT leads and stakeholders

Pay

$126,887 – $166,127 annually
