  • Partner cross-functionally with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Regional Sales, Customer Success, and Corporate Communications teams to align event programming with GTM objectives
  • Oversee event technology stacks, CRM lead routing (Salesforce), registration engines (Cvent), and post-event analytics reporting (Tableau)
  • Coordinate audience acquisition strategies, target account invitations, pre-event promotional campaigns, and automated lead-nurturing workflows
  • Manage event content schedules, speaker logistics, keynote rehearsals, and executive briefing programs
  • Oversee sponsor fulfillment, exhibition hall layouts, sponsor package deliverables, and vendor performance contracts
  • Formulate comprehensive risk mitigation plans, health and safety protocols, and contingency procedures to guarantee seamless event delivery
  • Execute post-event performance analyses to measure lead conversion rates, pipeline acceleration, and return on event investment (ROEI)

Requirements

  • A minimum of seven (7) years of progressive experience leading large-scale B2B technology conferences, flagship user summits, or field marketing programs
  • Demonstrated history managing complex, multi-city event tours from venue contracting through lead processing and post-event reporting
  • Background in enterprise software, cloud infrastructure, Search AI, data analytics, or cybersecurity sectors is strongly preferred
  • Advanced proficiency managing multi-hundred-thousand-dollar event budgets and negotiating complex vendor contracts
  • Hands-on technical experience with event platforms and marketing stacks, including Cvent, Salesforce, Tableau, and Google Workspace
  • Exceptional cross-functional stakeholder management skills within global matrixed technology enterprises
  • Willingness and capability to travel extensively throughout the Americas (AMER) region and work flexible event schedules
  • Native or professional fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is considered a strong plus
