Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5 years of experience in project management, non-profit fundraising, communications, event planning, or a directly related field
• 2 years of experience in management of others

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented
• Advanced analytical abilities necessary in order to prepare basic fundraising plans and evaluate results, respond to problems by identifying and implementing appropriate corrective action, develop and administer policies, procedures and budgets, and organize and oversee work of others
• Prioritizing interpersonal skills necessary in order to communicate effectively with individual donors and corporate organizations when soliciting financial support, with media contacts, OSF personnel, and committees when coordinating fund raising activities, and work cooperatively with a variety of leaders, executives, and staff
• Proficient using the latest versions of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and mail merges; email and basic social media platforms

Pay

Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position.

Schedule

Occasional support required during evenings or weekends.
