About the role

Step into a critical leadership role where you’ll shape and strengthen a culture of safety across diverse environments. You’ll lead strategic initiatives that protect employees and guests, elevate operational standards, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety regulations. Through collaboration, innovation, and proactive risk management, you'll champion programs that drive well-being, regulatory excellence, and business continuity. The role focuses on completing specific tasks and projects as an individual contributor, performing specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Responsibilities

  • Make a meaningful impact by leading enterprise-wide safety strategies that protect people and enhance organizational resilience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement cutting-edge systems that reduce risk and support operational efficiency
  • Influence procurement and product standards by defining safety expectations, conducting trend analysis, and managing supplier protocols
  • Take the lead on incident response and corrective action planning to prevent future risk and promote a learning culture
  • Champion innovation by identifying new tools and technologies that enhance safety practices and reduce operational disruptions
  • Partner with leadership to align safety goals with business objectives, drive continuous improvement, and build trust at all levels
  • Represent a mission-driven brand by setting high standards for health, food safety, and emergency preparedness across all operations

Requirements

  • Leadership in health and safety management, with the ability to influence strategy and champion a culture of safety across large, complex organizations
  • Deep knowledge of regulatory standards including OSHA, EPA, NFPA, and food safety protocols, with a track record of ensuring compliance and driving continuous improvement
  • Investigative and analytical skills, including experience conducting root cause analyses and implementing effective corrective actions
  • Clear and confident communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts into actionable insights for diverse audiences
  • Technical proficiency with data and digital tools to drive informed decision-making and report on key safety metrics

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 years of related experience

Pay

$89,250 – $115,500 per year
