Role

Lead core FP&A processes including annual planning, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning (LRP) for designated business areas.
Partner closely with business, regional finance, and corporate teams to deliver forward-looking insights and ensure alignment with enterprise strategy.
Drive financial performance analysis, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities across revenue, expenses, and margin.
Support executive reporting (CFO / Management Committee), including development of clear, concise, and actionable materials.
Enhance driver-based forecasting models and contribute to continuous improvement of planning tools, processes, and governance.
Act as a strategic advisor to stakeholders by connecting financial outcomes to operational drivers and market dynamics.
Support investment analysis by evaluating financial returns, risks, and alignment with strategic priorities.
Ensure data integrity, consistency, and auditability across all reporting and planning outputs.

This role will support enterprise-wide financial planning, performance management, and strategic decision-making. The position requires strong analytical rigor, business partnership, and the ability to translate complex financial insights into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Strong foundation in financial planning, forecasting, and performance management, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Proven ability to synthesize large data sets into clear insights and communicate effectively to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience building and managing financial models, including scenario planning and sensitivity analysis.
  • Demonstrated capability in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, structure, and audit readiness.
  • Proactive, self-driven mindset with a track record of driving process improvements and delivering results.
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to influence without authority.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial planning, or similar role.
  • Experience in a global, matrixed organization preferred.

Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other financial modeling software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.

The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges for the role in Purchase, New York are $125,000 - $207,000 USD.
