What You'll Be Doing

• Owes the forecast, annual budget, and Long-Range Planning (LRP) process for assigned business segments and functions.
• Ensures accurate and timely completion of all deliverables; identifies trends in financial performance and provides insight and recommendations to drive business outcomes.
• Leads the development of financial strategies for assigned business segments and functions.
• Challenges assumptions, provides insightful financial analysis, and delivers guidance to support decision-making at a strategic level.
• Drives business segment performance by preparing financial models, scenario analyses, and ROI analyses in partnership with business leaders; uses insights to identify risks and opportunities and develop actionable recommendations.
• Acts as a financial lead on cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives and financial goals.
• Owes Oracle EPM Planning strategy for assigned segments, including model optimization, governance standards, and roadmap alignment with evolving business requirements.
• Leads adoption of AI-enabled tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) across FP&A workflows to improve forecasting accuracy, automate reporting, and accelerate insight generation.
• Leads, mentors, and develops FP&A analyst(s), ensuring quality of deliverables, professional growth, and alignment with team objectives.

What You'll Need For Success

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
• MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical roles.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technology and process adoption across a team.
• Strong technical skills with ERP and financial planning platforms; Oracle EPM Planning (EPBCS/PBCS) experience preferred.
• Experience driving system optimization and adoption preferred.
