Manager, Finance Operations - US Data Centers

About the role
We are hiring a Finance Manager, Finance Operations (US) to lead financial planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering for our Data Center business. You will partner closely with finance and business leaders across operational, commercial, and corporate teams to support accurate financial reporting, consistent planning and accounting practices, and a strong internal control environment while contributing to global initiatives. Your financial insights will help leaders make informed decisions, improve operational performance, and strengthen processes and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities for the Data Center business.
- Prepare, review, and analyze monthly financial results against budgets and forecasts.
- Identify key performance drivers and clearly explain variances.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly management reports for senior leadership.
- Support the development of budgets, forecasts, management reports, and investor-related presentations.
- Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights, performance analysis, and decision support.
- Deliver ad hoc financial analysis, reporting, and business insights for strategic and operational initiatives.
- Collaborate with operational, commercial, and corporate teams to support business performance.
- Develop data-driven recommendations with cross-functional stakeholders to support strategic objectives.
- Build strong relationships across the business to promote effective financial planning and decision-making.
- Support the development and enhancement of reporting, cost allocation methodologies, and financial planning processes across regions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, financial controls, and operating procedures.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting efficiency, and overall business performance.
- Contribute to maintaining a strong internal control environment and accurate financial reporting.
- Support the implementation and adoption of finance systems and technology solutions.
- Help improve reporting capabilities and operational efficiency through effective use of finance technology.
Requirements
- Several years of progressive experience in finance, FP&A, business partnering, or financial management.
- Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business performance analysis.
- Experience in the data center, infrastructure, technology, or another capital-intensive industry is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with business leaders and influence decision-making through financial analysis.
- Ability to identify performance drivers, explain variances, and translate analysis into actionable insights.
- Experience contributing to financial processes, reporting, cost allocation methodologies, and internal controls.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with operational, commercial, corporate, and finance stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field preferred.
- MBA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred but not required.

Pay
Salary Range: $100,000 USD - $150,000 USD. Actual compensation may vary based on job-related factors such as skill set, experience, education, and location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for bonus, equity, and/or commission programs.
