Manager Finance - Finance

Responsibilities

• Oversees the hospital labor and productivity management process.
• Oversees physician processing for the hospital which includes supervision of the Senior Financial Analyst.
• Works with administration, directors and staff to ensure ongoing communication and efforts to achieve corporate goals for financial improvement/cost reduction are maximized.

Requirements

• Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting and equivalent work experience of at least five years.
• Direct supervision of personnel preferred and MBA degree or completion of CPA exam preferred.

Skills

• Knowledge of hospital operational structures;
• Gathering and evaluating data for planning, monitoring and recommending changes in operations;
• Communicate effectively to non-financial peers.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications and able to adapt to working with many different platforms to manage operations.
