Manager Finance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field
• 5 years of work experience in healthcare business administration, hospital operations, or finance and accounting
• PREFERRED: Master’s level coursework, experience with finance in an integrated healthcare environment including medical group operations, knowledge of performance improvement methodologies, provider compensation incentive metrics including value-based, benchmarking or financial planning, CPA, CMA, CHFP, or PMP certification, experience with database and decision support systems, understanding of industry, trends, issues, and risk, demonstrated knowledge of and experience in finance in an integrated business environment, demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to present information in front of executives, directors, and managers, advanced computer skills with strong knowledge of spreadsheet programs, demonstrated strong analytical skills to gather, manipulate, and interpret large amounts of data and transform into usable information to address operational needs
