About the role
The Manager, Finance plays a critical role in driving financial planning and analysis by developing models, forecasting, and recommending expense targets to support business performance. This position collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial controls, enhance reporting transparency, and communicate key insights to senior management. The role also involves mentoring associates, fostering accountability, and promoting continuous improvement. By leveraging data-driven decision-making and maintaining compliance with company policies, the Manager contributes to achieving strategic objectives while supporting a culture of integrity and operational excellence.
What you'll do
- Prepare financial analyses and models to support strategic planning and recommend expense targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business performance and communicate significant variances.
- Develop and maintain control structures to mitigate financial risks and enhance reporting transparency.
- Produce financial models incorporating assumptions, risks, and forecasts for senior management presentations.
- Support budgeting processes by providing insights on historical trends and future retail events.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to align financial plans with business objectives.
- Supervise and develop associates, promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
What you'll bring
- Proven experience in financial analysis, planning, and forecasting to support strategic business decisions.
- Strong skills in variance analysis and data interpretation to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
- Ability to develop and maintain complex financial models incorporating assumptions and risk factors.
- Effective communication skills to present financial results and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated management experience, including mentoring and developing associates.
- Expertise in process improvement and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance financial controls.

Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 2 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or relevant area OR 4 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area.
- Preferred Qualifications: Analyzing data and interpreting results, Microsoft Office, Supervisory Masters: Business Administration.
