About the role

We are seeking a Manager Finance & Accounting to join our team at our Lisle, IL location. This is an on-site position.

Responsibilities

• Oversee finance and accounting operations in compliance with GAAP, regulatory requirements, tax laws, securities law, and financial best practices.
• Leverage expertise in public or corporate accounting environments to drive accurate financial reporting and strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting, business, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in public accounting or corporate accounting.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, regulatory compliance, tax laws, securities law, and financial concepts.

Skills

• Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or similar tools.
• SAP and advanced Excel skills are a plus.
