About the role

We are looking for a Finance Manager supporting A&P for the LUXE Division. This role is based in our Hudson Yards office and plays a key role in driving financial excellence and supporting strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • A&P Spend Management: Track actual A&P expenditures at the lowest level for 19 brands within the LUXE Division. Identify variances against budget and latest estimates. Ensure data integrity, including proper PO coding and accruals.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Ensure the timely delivery of comprehensive A&P tracking process, provide insightful variance analysis, and contribute to robust A&P Latest Estimates (LEs), striving for high data accuracy and forecast improvements.
  • Strategic Business Partner: Act as a proactive and trusted finance partner to Marketing/Brand Teams and Brand Controllers, providing timely financial information, support, and challenging assumptions as needed to ensure value-driven decisions.
  • Expertise & Standardization: Establish an expertise in the A&I spend across the Luxe Division and create standard processes across all 19 brands.
  • Process Enhancement: Identify opportunities to improve existing A&P financial processes, reporting cadences, and tracking methodologies. Proactively develop and implement new analytical reports or dashboards to enhance A&P visibility, analysis and efficiency.
  • Problem-Solving: Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues, resolve discrepancies, and provide solutions that improve financial accuracy and operational flow.
  • Special Projects: Perform ad hoc analyses and support strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience working in finance.
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint, with experience in financial systems like SAP.
  • A proactive, team-player mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent business acumen, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing A&P budgets and financial reporting.
  • Experience in SAP or similar financial systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Pay

$98,400 - $140,200 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
