About the Role

Responsible for managing a line of business serving and supporting Financial Institutions and Corporate clients. Develop key growth strategies, tactics, and action plans required to achieve strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales, relationship management, and retention strategies to deliver growth in accordance with Pathward’s strategic and financial goals.
  • Oversee and manage a team of sales and relationship individual contributors, including establishing and managing KPIs and objectives aligned with Pathward’s strategic initiatives.
  • Accurately forecast future sales and retention opportunities through pipeline and analytics reporting.
  • Regularly report to senior management on progress toward sales and retention goals.
  • Serve as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, workshops, social media campaigns, trade shows, and expositions to retain and attract new clients and Sales Agents.
  • Develop and execute lead acquisition and Sales Agent strategies in partnership with the Marketing department.
  • Negotiate contracts in line with Legal direction and in the best interest of Pathward.
  • Actively participate in annual budget planning and monthly financial reviews.
  • Partner with product management, Client Success, marketing, and relevant stakeholders to innovate and improve product offerings, technology, and services based on aggregated issues, suggestions, and client feedback.
  • Provide coaching, support, and staff development.
  • Supervise a team of relationship and support professionals, including hiring, training, assigning and directing work, establishing goals, evaluating performance, and resolving employee-related issues.
  • Oversee scheduling, recordkeeping, and workflow considerations for business initiatives such as seasonal campaigns, engagement surveys, and strategic planning.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients and facilitate resolutions on any issues or concerns.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and work experience.
  • Typically 5+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Excellent listening and negotiating skills.
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Strategic and critical thinking.
  • Leadership and presentation skills.

Pay

Salary range: $72,000 – $120,000. The range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role is also eligible for an annual performance-based incentive opportunity.
