Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with key business partners, team members, and stakeholders to ensure IT fully understands their needs and delivers effective solutionsProactively pre-coordinate and clearly communicate business processes and technology solutions to stakeholders, fostering alignment and shared understandingFacilitate integration across business units, IT teams, and external partners to promote collaboration, prevent silos, and align solution delivery with organizational objectives Partner with business leadership to develop, validate, and maintain strategic plans, prioritizing initiatives that deliver the highest value aligned with organizational goals Monitor ongoing projects and initiatives to ensure they meet expected outcomes, proactively identifying and addressing any issues or risksAssist in creating and maintaining Management Action Plans, project charters, one-page plans, and status reports in accordance with EIT standardsServe as Product Owner or Product Manager for Agile/Scrum teams, optimizing delivery processes and coordinating activities across multiple teams to maximize efficiencyIdentify opportunities for business partners to leverage technology for improved performance and outcomesCollaborate with IT leadership to select and implement cost-effective, scalable solutions that adhere to established principles and best practicesMaintain a deep understanding of IT capabilities to recommend and deliver optimal solutions to business challengesNavigate and escalate project roadblocks, balancing IT and business priorities to ensure timely resolutionManage relationships with vendors and consultants, including contract oversightParticipate in budget planning and management to ensure financial accountability Provide leadership and oversight to direct reports, including coaching, performance management, and professional development to foster a high-performing teamDrive accountability by clearly defining roles, responsibilities, and expectations for all team members and stakeholders, monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standardsEnsure quality of delivery by establishing and enforcing best practices, standards, and metrics through solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support phases. Continuously evaluate outcomes and implement improvements to enhance effectiveness and user satisfaction Requirements Required Qualifications A minimum of 5 years of experience in process analysis, requirements gathering, application development, information systems, and solution deliveryExceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diplomatically with a diverse workforceProven ability to manage multiple concurrent assignments by prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlinesExcellent organizational and analytical skills, demonstrating adaptability for changing business environments, priorities, and assignmentsStrong problem-solving skills, resourcefulness, and sound judgmentAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionExperience managing or overseeing personnelExperience working with agile teams and adapting methodologies to produce project deliverablesBachelor’s degree in business, information systems, computer science, healthcare, or a related field Preferred Qualifications Background in working in complex Enterprise Healthcare environmentsExperience applying project management methodologies to plan and execute challenging initiativesAgile Product Owner certification Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to effectively bridge technical and business perspectivesExpertise in Agile and Scrum methodologiesStrong project coordination and prioritization capabilitiesMature decision-making and problem-solving skillsHighly organized with strong analytical abilitiesAbility to work both independently and collaborativelyVendor and contract management experienceBudget planning and financial management skillsProficient in documentation and time trackingLeadership and team development expertiseStrong focus on accountability and resultsSkilled in cross-functional integration and collaborationCommitment to quality assurance and continuous improvement Location Remote Working Level Full-Time
