Solution Delivery Manager
About the role
Verily Health is a data platform and technology company purpose-built to power AI-enabled precision health solutions that accelerate research and improve care for individuals and communities. Uniquely positioned at the intersection of technology, data science, and healthcare, Verily transforms multimodal health data into insights, models, and actions that make healthcare more personalized, predictive, and precise.
The Solution Delivery Manager (SDM) bridges the gap between clients, clinical, engineering, product, and customer success teams to lead the implementation, adoption, and optimization of Verily’s enterprise solutions for Life Science and Med Tech customers. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic business outcomes while nurturing long-term customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Managing the full project lifecycle —from initiation through deployment and support transition—managing contractual deliverables, timelines, governance, cross-functional coordination across both platform implementations and clinical trial delivery engagements.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, cultivating strong relationships with life science and med tech customers, executive sponsors, and stakeholders throughout the engagement lifecycle.
- Translate customer and clinical requirements into project implementation plans, working directly with other cross-functional leads to ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinate and align execution across Engineering, Product Management, Data Science, Security, and Customer Success teams without formal authority over those teams.
- Leading and motivating internal teams to collaborate effectively and deliver high-quality work that aligns with client goals.
- Proactively identify, communicate, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies while ensuring high-quality, compliant deliverables.
- Providing clear, consistent communication on project status, risks, and value delivery to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
