Manager, Facilities

About the role

Food served fast does not have to be a typical fast-food experience. Chipotle is changing the face of fast food, starting conversations, and directly supporting efforts to shift the future of farming and food.

Responsibilities

• Manage and procure external vendors to provide quality service
• Strategize with Operations leadership in removing facilities obstacles
• Manage regional financials of Maintenance & Repair (M&R) and Operational capital
• Interact with local municipalities for regulatory and crisis management
• Collaborate with other support departments for aligned company vision
• Validate facility requests through data management

Requirements

• College or trade school education
• 5-8 years of Facility, property management, and/or mechanical service-related experience
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience
• Project management certificate, CRFP certification, or equivalent
• Organized, strong communication, computer skills, and detail-oriented
• Able to work autonomously and direct subordinates
• Financial analysis skills; able to read and understand P&L statements
• Ability to travel up to 40%; valid driver’s license required

Pay

A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $104,000.00–$144,500.00. You are also eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity awards based upon performance and other factors.
