Manager, Experiential Operations
Job Overview
THE·TEAM is seeking a creative, organized, and motivated Experiential Operations Manager to join our team of event professionals in delivering best-in-class experiences for our clients. The primary responsibility of this role is to plan, manage, and execute live events, brand activations, and fan engagement experiences across sports and entertainment properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between clients, vendors, and internal departments
- Develop and manage budgets for each event activation
- Lead team communications during the planning stages, including weekly status calls
- Create and manage detailed timelines for team members, vendors, and clients
- Conduct venue and vendor research aligned with event needs
- Develop event presentations and proposals, including layouts and program designs
- Collaborate with creative teams to conceptualize and manage artwork design and production
- Partner with internal departments to determine operational, logistical, and technical requirements based on client objectives
- Support other experiential programs and initiatives during the off-season
Pre-Event Planning

Attend site visits and conduct venue evaluations
On-Site Event Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients to ensure goals and objectives are met
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of event activations
- Manage and direct on-site staff, volunteers, and vendors
- Oversee event setup, execution, and teardown
- Implement operational logistics plans, including loading and unloading event assets
- Coverage team travel to and from event sites
- Address and resolve on-site challenges as they arise
- Perform other duties as needed to support event success
