As an advanced independent contributor, you will manage moderately sized processes and project workstreams with minimal oversight, driving data integrity, process consistency, and continuous improvement. This position offers informal leadership opportunities, influencing team practices and operational decision-making while coaching and supporting lower-level team members.
This role provides a unique opportunity to work cross-functionally between Subcontractor Program Management Teams, P&W Program Management, Engineering, Government customers, and Subcontractor counterparts. The ideal candidate must communicate effectively and coordinate across a broad team while maintaining strict attention to detail and a focus on internal and external customer satisfaction to meet the aggressive demands of military compliance programs.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract. This position is onsite at our East Hartford, CT location.

- Serve as a subject matter expert in EVMS guidelines and project management practices to influence cross-functional partners (PMO, CAMs, CIPTs, and Subcontractor teams) regarding program management processes, contract flow-down development and interpretation, system usage, and compliance expectations.
- Promote data integrity by monitoring EV tools and systems (e.g., WebEVM, Empower), identifying anomalies, investigating root causes, and driving timely corrective actions.
- Prepare for and participate in Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs) with Subcontractors and P&W by independently reviewing and providing artifacts for data calls, supporting CAM interview preparation, and guiding analysis ahead of IBR events.
- Support ongoing compliance reviews and periodic process audits (e.g., DCAA, DCMA, Joint and Internal Surveillance Reviews), including timely follow-up and disposition of various internal and external data requests and findings.
- Apply CORE methodologies to drive moderate to significant improvements in processes, workflows, and standards within the work area.

- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 8+ years of experience or an Advanced Degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Strong analytical skills with an energetic, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with at least 5 years of experience performing analytical and trending activities.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Advanced understanding of EVMS processes, project controls, and defense compliance requirements.
- EVMS experience across multiple process areas of the EIA-748 Standard for EVM (e.g., organizing the work, planning and scheduling, authorizing and budgeting, cost accounting, performance analysis, and managing changes).
- Broad knowledge of project management methodologies; formal training or certification preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of P&W Program Management toolsets (i.e., SAP, Primavera).
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex issues requiring detailed investigation and multi-department coordination.
- Proven ability to improve processes, systems, or tools through structured problem-solving and prior experience.
