Manager, Enterprisewide Business Systems

Job Description

MasterBrand is seeking a Manager Business Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Manufacturing Director, this role will assess and improve our business operations, manage a team of analysts, and lead digital technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Business Systems Analysts
• Manage team workload allocation, prioritization, and capacity planning
• Conduct regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and goal-setting
• Recruit, hire, and onboard analyst talent
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration
• Act as a business partner with manufacturing teams and Digital Technology support resources
• Collaborate with vendor partners and ensure solutions meet stakeholder needs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or relevant field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in business analysis, systems development, and implementation
• Minimum 2-3 years of direct people management experience, including hiring, performance management, and team development
• Preferred 5+ years of experience in a production manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with production scheduling, quality management, work order process flow, inventory management, and BOM management
• Previous work experience in systems integration and ERP technologies
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a matrixed organization
• Highly analytical mindset
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work and influence in a cross-functional organization
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to travel up to 25%
