Manager, Enterprise Risk Management
About the role
Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of the enterprise risk management framework, policies, and procedures. Facilitate risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and monitoring activities across various business units, teams, and initiatives.
Maintain the enterprise risk register and synthesize risk data to produce actionable insights, dashboards, and reporting for executive leadership.
Third-Party Risk Management
Lead and execute the third-party risk management program, focusing on risk assessments, escalation protocol, system integrations, and ongoing monitoring. Evaluate third-party vendor dependencies and operational vulnerabilities, ensuring external partners meet internal risk appetite and compliance standards. Coordinate and facilitate incident response and remediation efforts related to third-party risk events, ensuring timely communication and resolution.
Strategic Contract Oversight
Manage the oversight of highly regulated government and strategic enterprise contracts, ensuring strict adherence to complex contractual requirements and regulatory guidelines. Drive long-term compliance of operational components related to these federal or large-scale contracts, conducting regular risk assessments and compliance reviews. Serve as the primary liaison between operations, legal, and compliance teams to resolve contract-related risks, audit findings, and operational inquiries.
Project Management
Apply strong project management principles to lead cross-functional risk, resilience, and compliance initiatives from inception to successful completion. Ensure project milestones related to risk mitigation and compliance remediation are tracked, reported, and achieved on time.
Leadership & Collaboration
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of risk analysts and professionals. Foster a culture of risk-awareness and compliance through education, communication, and cross-functional engagement across the organization.

Pay
The salary range for this role is $85,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year. Compensation will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
