Manager Enterprise Applications - Finance

What's the Job?

Lead strategic business capability management and IT investment prioritization within the finance functional area.

Guide teams in adopting Agile practices such as Scrum and Kanban to enhance project delivery and team efficiency.

Manage IT projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder needs.

Act as the primary liaison between IT and business stakeholders, facilitating requirements gathering and project updates.

Drive digital transformation initiatives by integrating innovative solutions and modernizing legacy systems to improve user satisfaction and operational efficiency.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in analyzing and delivering against business requirements.
• Minimum of 5 years of medium to large-scale program management experience.
• At least 2 years of progressive leadership experience managing teams and projects.
• Experience managing globally dispersed teams and familiarity with project and program management methodologies.
