Manager, Enterprise Applications

About the role

This role will lead continuous improvement work focused on process discipline, productivity, and measurable operating gains within a healthcare environment. You will partner with operational leaders and project stakeholders to standardize workflows, identify bottlenecks, and improve execution quality. The position offers the opportunity to create measurable efficiency gains and scalable operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and optimization of enterprise applications and technology capabilities
• Partner with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into delivery plans
• Oversee application services from configuration to user support
• Establish roadmaps and continuous improvement efforts for application initiatives
• Ensure applications meet business needs and align with quality and compliance standards
• Develop governance and documentation for effective application management
• Monitor application performance and implement efficiency improvements
• Facilitate collaboration across business leaders and IT teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 7+ years of relevant experience in enterprise applications or IT
• 2-4 years of leadership experience in application initiatives or teams
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders on technology-enabled solutions
• Proven track record in supporting complex enterprise applications

Pay

$120,000 – $145,000 annually
