Manager, Engineering

Job Duties

• Lead and manage a team of process engineers, technicians, and support staff.
• Develop and implement process improvement strategies to increase productivity, reduce waste, and enhance quality.
• Oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of new manufacturing equipment and tooling.
• Collaborate with product design, quality, supply chain, and production teams to ensure manufacturability of new products.
• Establish and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Use lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies to drive operational excellence.
• Manage capital equipment projects and budgets, including cost justification and ROI analysis.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards in all manufacturing processes.
• Provide technical support and problem-solving leadership for production issues.
• Support training and development programs to enhance team capabilities.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or related
• 1 year of experience in job offered or related
• 1 year of experience includes knowledge of EPT sealers, double-sided tape, and SPV Films
