Engineering Manager
The Role
As an Engineering Manager at Solventum, you will lead a manufacturing and labeling engineering team to deliver projects on-time, focusing on improving key operational metrics. You will foster a culture of continuous improvement, drive results in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS), quality, cost, and service, and provide technical leadership and validation guidance.
You will lead efforts to integrate advanced technologies and automation solutions to enhance labeling, packaging, and manufacturing processes, thereby achieving operational efficiency. Additionally, you will coach and develop the engineering team, and implement strategic capital and operational plans for your group and the engineering department it supports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering, Operations Management, or Business Administration
- Seven (7) years of combined experience in managing Engineering and/or Technical Services in a private, public, government, or military environment
- Five (5) years of experience in a supervisory role in a private, public, government, or military environment
