Manager, Employee Communications

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Manager Employee Communications to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a technology-driven environment.

Location

Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation

$120,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to understand business initiatives and goals
• Develop strategic internal communications plans
• Translate business priorities into clear employee narratives
• Lead tracking of narratives and communications effectiveness
• Manage potential overlaps in organizational communications
• Create various materials to enhance employee engagement
• Support leader communications with relevant resources

Qualifications

• 7+ years in internal or employee communications
• Creative and confident in strategic communications
• Exceptional writer with a storytelling focus
• Skilled at simplifying complex topics for employees
• Experience with organizational change and leadership communications
• Ability to build trusted cross-functional relationships
• Experience with executive-level writing and communication
