Manager Emergency Services Registered Nurse (RN)
About the role
We are seeking a distinguished RN leader to serve as the Manager of Emergency Services at Havasu Regional Medical Center. This role is designed for a decisive, strategic leader who can navigate the complexities of emergency medicine while maintaining the approachable, supportive atmosphere for which our facility is recognized.
Responsibilities
- Assists with developing specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization.
- Manages staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict management.
- Performs and oversees scheduling, staff development, recruitment, payroll, and student engagements.
- Affirms and coordinates patient care services with patients, staff, physicians, and other departments.
- May provide patient care when necessary.
- Creates and fosters an environment that encourages professional growth.
Requirements
- A current Arizona RN license.
- A Bachelor of Science (BSN) from an accredited nursing school.
- Master's degree (nursing or relevant field) preferred.
- BCLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and Handle with Care within 6 months of hire/transfer.
- Emergency Department nursing required.
- Proven leadership experience in the Emergency Department preferred.

Exempt, Days/Night, Monday-Friday (providing oversight as needed to support team).
