Responsibilities

• Optimize solutions through analysis of varied alternatives.
• Supervise and lead others, delegate work, and work on/lead multiple projects at one time.
• Manage the Department: Optimize solutions through analysis of varied alternatives.
• Supervise and lead others, delegate work, and work on/lead multiple projects at one time.
• Project responsibilities: Responsible for the successful delivery of the discipline deliverables, quality, and administrative portions of the project.
• Scope: Responsible for the discipline portion of all scope documents, developing or using the correct documents, and assuring they meet their intended purpose.
• Budget: Responsible for tracking and maintaining all of the discipline budgets as defined in the proposal and project estimate.
• Quality: Responsible for the quality of all discipline deliverables and ensuring quality control procedures are followed.
• Execution Plan: Responsible for aiding in the development and execution of the Project Execution Plan, identifying and communicating areas of risk and delays.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Controls Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical or controls engineering.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience managing a team of structural engineers is preferred.
