About the role

This position manages single to multiple Project Document & Data Management (PDDM) functions for one or several projects. This role provides supervision, direction, and training to PDDM Technicians, Specialists, Supervisors, and Analysts (on and off site).

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of a project life cycle including scope definition, developing a detailed plan, tracking, managing, and communicating project status
  • Aid Senior Manager with group development, workforce planning and project work hour estimates for various projects
  • May be required to give presentations to clients, projects, or management
  • Work closely with PDDM leads to perform general technical and administrative tasks as necessary providing direct supervision to support and meet project goals; perform associated problem solving, duties, and analytic tasks
  • Utilize Fluor's document management system (DMS) at a high level

Requirements

  • Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and fifteen (15) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to nineteen (19) years if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements
  • Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Basic Job Requirements: Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines; Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner
  • Preferred Qualifications: Advanced (Master’s) degree or global equivalent preferred; Thorough, working knowledge of and experience with computers such as word processing, spreadsheets, internet, and document management systems; Strong leadership experience for projects and people; Experience working with senior management; Must be able to troubleshoot; Demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills; Ability to adapt to change, to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities

Market Rate

The market rate for the role is typically at the mid-point of the salary range; however, variations in final salary are determined by additional factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, relevant years of experience, geographic location, internal pay equity, and prevailing market conditions for the specific role.
