Responsibilities
- Manages departments within the assigned distribution center ensuring adequate staffing levels
- Manages 7–10 hourly supervisory staff members engaged in operations
- Maintains distribution schedules to ensure adherence to customer and company requirements such as cost and quality
- Oversees physical and systematic product receiving and replenishment
- Ensures inventory accuracy — confirms inventory information matches the physical inventory quantities of the warehouse by recording and reporting data metrics
- Ensures quality defect rates remain within acceptable range
- Measures daily and weekly workforce KPIs
- Drives continuous process improvement objectives
- Ensures safety policy compliance
- Handles budget planning and review responsibility

Schedule
This is a second shift position. Hours will vary, but normal second shift hours are 2:30 pm–11:00 pm.
