About the role

Manage all aspects of order processing for customers and providing leadership for department teams. Manage Manage all day to day operational activities for a highly automated, state of the art 250k square foot distribution facility. Responsible for operational excellence and process improvement; ensuring customer expectations are exceeded; and talent acquisition, development, and retention of associates. Operates as a strategic partner with logistics and supply chain management in establishing and adhering to operating budgets. Complete understanding of warehouse management systems, distribution operations with a high level of analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Regularly leads and monitors employee’s performance to assure a smooth workflow and maximum productivity in a highly automated environment.
• Thorough training, coaching and experimentation help to design, seek approval and implement process and productivity enhancements.
• Manager assures departmental adherence to Good Distribution Practices, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and ISO requirements.
