About the role

As Manager/Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), you will play a critical role in driving strategic decision-making within the organization. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining financial models, preparing financial forecasts, and providing insights that support business planning and budgeting processes. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models and forecasting tools
• Prepare detailed financial forecasts and budgets
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business planning and decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business objectives
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in FP&A
• Support management with ad-hoc financial analyses and presentations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, preferably in a managerial or leadership capacity
• Proven ability to develop and maintain financial models and forecasts
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Experience with financial modeling software (e.g., Excel, Tableau)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in FP&A, preferably in a managerial or leadership capacity
• Proven track record of successful financial planning and analysis
• Experience leading large-scale financial planning initiatives
• Strong project management skills
• Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment
