Manager, Digital Workforce & IAM Product Management (IAM)
About the role
The Manager, Digital CoWorker Engineering & Product Management leads the design, development, deployment, IAM AI Agents and Digital CoWorkers that enhance IAM operations, identity management, risk, and business productivity. This leader is responsible for delivering secure, scalable, and compliant agent-based capabilities while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, cyber security standards, and business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the IAM Digital CoWorker strategy.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes through AI Agents and Digital Workers.
- Develop and maintain a multi-year product roadmap for Digital CoWorker capabilities.
- Partner with Head of Cyber AI leaders to prioritize use cases and investments.
- Measure value realization through productivity gains, risk reduction, and operational improvements.
- Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and support of AI Agents and autonomous workflows.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in developing and deploying AI solutions in a high-stakes environment.
- Strong understanding of IAM principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with IAM systems and technologies.
- Experience with AI and machine learning technologies.
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
- Knowledge of IAM standards and regulations.
- Experience with DevOps practices.

Pay
Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Northern Trust provides a discretionary bonus program that may include an equity component.
