IAM Product Workforce Manager

About the role
We are seeking a Senior Security Product Manager to join Security’s Identity Access Management Team. The ideal candidate has strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills to understand and consolidate organizational security requirements, deliver next-generation security products through large-scale transformation, and maintain a shared product framework including strategy, roadmap, budgeting, and processes in collaboration with engineering, architecture, operation, and control function teams.
Responsibilities
- Understand and define the business objectives, clearly outline the problems, and risks it's solving.
- Define the roadmap and strategy surrounding the IAM platforms which service the enterprise and consumer-facing channels.
- Execute on the product strategy, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, define MVP, and rollout plan.
- Facilitate communication on roadmap progress with management-level stakeholders and clients.
- Manage the product backlog, new features, and enhancements for workforce IAM.
- Facilitate forums and prepare the team for constructive collaboration sessions with cross-functional teams, technology and business channels, and control functions.
- Develop business cases based on the roadmap and priority, align with Technology, PMO, and Finance teams on the funding required, cost and benefit analysis, and cost allocation model.
- Report on overall product status, metrics, key achievements, next steps, and risks with a data-driven approach.
- Act as a leader and/or mentor to other product managers and business analysts on the team.
Requirements
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) required.
- 7+ years’ experience in a Product Management (or equivalent) capacity required.
- 4+ years’ experience in Information Security or Information Technology.
- 4+ years working with IAM platforms like Sailpoint IIQ, Entra ID, and/or CyberArk required.
- Previous exposure to Regulatory, Compliance, Risk, and Audit functions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong planning and organizational skills; can manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience in the information security industry and with security software products.
- Excellent understanding of financial principles of large enterprise organizations.
- Experience in working with complex processes.
- Willing to learn and grow, and demonstrates resilience to ever-changing priorities.
