About the role

Come join an exciting team within Global Information Security (GIS). Cyber Security Technology (CST) is a globally distributed team responsible for cyber security innovation and architecture, engineering, solutions and capabilities development, cyber resiliency, access management engineering, data strategy, deployment maintenance, technical project management and information technology security control support. This role is responsible for maximizing the value for our Identity Defense and Access Management products, at the program level in a scaled Agile model.

Responsibilities

  • Define the vision and roadmap for the Identity Defense and Access portfolio, defining and prioritizing the features/epics in the program backlog.
  • Work with Privacy/Legal to ensure compliance with personal information usage requirements.
  • Articulate the business value to Product Owners and ensure alignment across the product roadmap to achieve portfolio objectives.
  • Create and prioritize features/epics in the program backlog, making decisions about trade-offs with emerging work versus planned work.
  • Refine features/epics with Product Owners to ensure there is enough “ready” work for the upcoming 1-2 quarters.
  • Review and accept features/epics, making on-the-spot decisions on scope and requirements.
  • Work in partnership with Product Owners and teams to ensure optimum value is obtained through technology and an advanced understanding of the business and industry trends.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to team members to foster a collaborative and knowledgeable environment.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience at an Enterprise level in Product Management, specifically focusing on Identity and Access Management (IAM), Privacy, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts, frameworks, and technologies.
  • Experience working in agile methodologies and a track record of driving successful transformation.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to communicate product vision, strategy, progress, and gather feedback to drive capability improvements.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy, using data to communicate change.
