Manager, Digital Experience
About the role
The Manager, Digital Experience supports the Joni and Friends Marketing department under the supervision of the Vice President, Marketing & Engagement. Key responsibilities include managing Joni and Friends websites and platforms, leading the Digital Experience team in event management, optimizing web content and processes, integrating fundraising and e-commerce platforms, leading user experience design, monitoring analytics, coaching the team, and adhering to Christian ministry standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage Joni and Friends websites and platforms
- Lead the Digital Experience team in end-to-end management of events across digital platforms
- Execute strategies for webpage structure, content, and accessibility, aligning with SEO goals
- Maintain the Website Style Guide, adapting web designs and images for new channels, services, and devices
- Manage integration of fundraising, ecommerce, and digital marketing platforms
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance digital constituent journeys, increasing traffic, engagement, and retention
- Monitor analytics and optimize engagement across platforms
- Coach and develop the Digital Experience team
- Other duties and projects as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- 7+ years of website and digital platform management experience required; 4+ years leading a team
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Skilled in web and digital marketing tools including WordPress, GA4, Salesforce Nonprofit, GoFundMe Pro, HubSpot, Sage Intacct, Boomi, and Asana
- Good interpersonal communication skills both verbal and written and the ability to effectively organize and prioritize a wide range of daily tasks with varied deadlines
- Must be detail-oriented, committed to accuracy, and team player who is flexible and able to work independently
- Must have a strong sense of confidentiality
- Proven leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Experience in leading projects, guiding teams through challenges, and making critical decisions
Qualifications
- Vibrant personal relationship with Jesus Christ and agreement with the Joni and Friends statement of faith
- Desire to serve in a growing and dynamic Christian service ministry
- Understanding of Christian ministry and specifically Joni and Friends is desirable

Pay
$X/X per hour or $Y/Y per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, with some flexibility based on project needs.
Physical Requirements
This position primarily involves sedentary work in an office setting. The employee must be able to sit for extended periods, operate a computer and other standard office equipment, communicate clearly in person and over the phone, and occasionally stand, walk, bend, or reach files and supplies. The role may also require occasionally lifting or carrying items up to 20 pounds. Work is performed in a professional office setting with occasional movement throughout the facility. The environment is typically quiet to moderate in noise level, with standard lighting and temperature conditions. Employees are expected to maintain safety and ergonomic awareness while performing all tasks.
